What is REIN MLS?
Real Estate Information Network, Inc. (REIN) is the independent Multiple Listing Service (MLS) for the Hampton Roads region. Founded in 1969 and owned by member real estate firms, REIN has served real estate professionals for more than 51 years — with coverage expanding from Williamsburg (east to Virginia Beach) and south across the North Carolina border.
REIN MLS is the most accurate source of real estate information available in Hampton Roads.
The REIN regional community consists of more than 700 member real estate firms, more than 9,000 agents and brokers, and approximately 180 appraisers.
What is a Multiple Listing Service (MLS)?
A Multiple Listing Service is an organization that maintains a private database to help real estate professionals work cooperatively to buy and sell homes for clients. Nearly all information about a region’s homes for sale, to include historical sale prices, are in the database.
